Featuring several different meal plans customizable based on your goals. Our primary focus is on the Mediterranean Diet. The Mediterranean Diet focuses on whole, minimally processed foods and emphasizes plant-based ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, and whole grains. Healthy fats, particularly extra virgin olive oil, are the primary source of fat, while saturated and trans fats are limited. Fish and seafood, especially fatty fish rich in omega-3s, are consumed regularly, while poultry and eggs are eaten in moderation, and red meat is limited. Dairy, mainly cheese and yogurt, is included in small amounts.

I am here because I got tired of watching people chase quick fixes... Six-pack abs in six weeks. Detox teas that taste like regret. I was nearly fifty pounds overweight. I took more than twenty medications a day. My blood pressure was 175/115. Resting heart rate in the low nineties. O2 saturation in the low nineties. And then—there I was, lying in the hospital bed, shortly after they defibrillated me back into normal sinus rhythm. That second? When I realized I wasn’t invincible? That’s when I stopped pretending.
